Peter Sishton having secured the Central Library exhibition in 2025 has met with fellow manhole enthusiasts with a view to broadening the exhibition to include:-
Photographs of Drains by Archie Workman, which will add great additional value to Peters photographs
Fabric and card designs by Daisy Frossard an artist from Sheffield
Sculptures and Litho engravings by Welsh artist Tomos Williams-Mason
Interior designs by the acclaimed New York designer Sarah Merenda
The collaborative approach is unique and will be a world first! In recognition of this incredible partnership, the group have come together as the Manchester Manhole Collective. We are all very excited about working together and creating an intriguing and enjoyable exhibition that will put manholes on the map and encourage everyone to join in the creative opportunities that manholes as street art affords communities.
